This post is long overdue.. Yeah, been very busy lately… and I feel so lazy to post something. But here I am now, struggling with my crappy connection, preparing this post. Ok, nuff with this intro.
This is On The Spot where I feature/share to you an album that I really like, discuss some info about it, and share my top 5 songs on that album.
Into The Morning is the third album of singer/songwriter from Oklahoma, Ben Rector. His stylistic influences include pop, rock, and folk music. This album, Into The Morning, released last Feb 2010, peaked at #5 on the iTunes pop chart, #10 on the iTunes overall chart, and #11 on Billboard Heatseekers. It is composed of amazing 10 tracks, very relaxing, awesome beats, and great lyrics.
So here are list of songs included on the album, sharing first my top 5 picks.. and the rest (sorted according to my taste )

~ i like this song because it has a nice melody, simple lyrics, and really fun to listen to.

2. The Beat
~ i also love the beat of this song.. so happy! Especially the refrain and chorus part.
3. out of my head
~ i like this stanza:

~ sorry, can’t find a copy of this song on youtube.. but this one has a fast beat… which is the most unique song on the album, i think. Really, really nice.

The latest from Eminem, featuring Rihanna in this amazing song… i really love this song, especially rihanna’s part, but when I saw the video for this song.. i even loved it more!!!!

Lately, I’ve been playing two tracks from this band. Two tracks that are just perfect for this rainy weather. Two tracks that will make you go all emo. Two tracks with lyrics that are close to heart. These are Sana, the single released off the album Bipolar, and Tadhana, their current single which will be used as a theme song for the telefantasya “Ilumina”.
